By accessing and placing an order on WEFFIT, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained below. These terms apply to the entire website and any products or services offered by WEFFIT.
All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual products may vary.
When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation email with your order ID. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Order IDs are unique and should be referenced for all communications.
We accept payments via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Payment must be received in full before order processing begins. COD orders may require a confirmation call.
We partner with Shiprocket for reliable delivery across India. Shipping charges apply as shown at checkout. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping. Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days depending on location. Tracking information is shared once the order is shipped.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, contact us with your order ID.
WEFFIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our products or services.
